Operating Room Implications for CDM

Charge capture has one area of immense charge capture and cost implications. Due to the multiple systems that interact with the CDM, the potential for errors are significant. We will walk through all the aspects of charge capture including surgical scheduling, patient access, preference cards, charge capture, implants/devices and other aspects that are key to success. The participant will be able to take some of these identified areas back to their facility and review their revenue cycle around OR charging and cost.
